The Actors Workout is a professional acting studio in Sydney offering a clear training pathway — from foundation screen acting classes through to ongoing weekly courses, industry masterclasses, and advanced cinematic showreel production.
Most actors begin with our Foundations Intensive — building strong on‑camera technique, confidence and a practical approach to scene work — before moving into our ongoing weekly classes, designed to deepen craft through consistent training and real-time direction. Alongside this we run industry‑led masterclasses, casting director workshops, and our flagship One-Year Screen Acting Program: a part-time pathway combining screen craft, performance and professional showreel production.
Every class shares the same focus — developing presence, connection, and spontaneous, truthful work on camera.
